We welcome new members!

Thank you for your interest in the Pastel Society of the Gold Coast

We are a dedicated non-profit organization that aims to support our members through public exhibitions, enhance community education by collaborating with environmental and other non-profit groups, and promote the arts broadly.

Our membership is currently from Calabasas to Ojai and is capped at 30 members to maintain an intimate and supportive environment. If you are passionate about pastel art, as well as other media, and are interested in contributing to our vibrant community, we encourage you to apply.

We hold nine virtual meetings annually via Zoom and organize monthly art gatherings that are hosted by members. Each gathering is an opportunity to engage in different activities-ranging from plein air painting trips, media demonstrations, to still-life sessions. These gatherings are designed to foster a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where members can connect and share creatively.

Membership dues are $50 for new members and $45 per year after.
